Do you take my insurance?
At Suncoast Dental Center, we take a patient-first approach to dental care. Our relationship is with you, not your insurance company. That’s why we are not in network with insurance providers. However, this does not mean you need to pay us up front. This allows us to provide the highest quality care, tailored to your needs, without the limitations of insurance-driven treatment plans.
While we are not in-network with any dental insurance, we’re happy to work with all qualifying PPO plans to help you maximize your benefits. Our team will handle claim submissions and guide you through understanding your coverage.
Here’s how our insurance process works:
- For qualifying PPO plans, we will collect your estimated portion at the time of service, then bill your insurance company directly.
- Once your insurance has paid its portion, we’ll send you a statement for any remaining balance.
- Some plans, such as Delta Dental, send payment directly to the patient instead of our office. In these cases, payment in full is required at the time of service, and your insurance company will reimburse you directly.
